IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters Connect The Bengals are looking to snap a two-game losing streak entering Week 5, so seeing the Dolphins on the schedule should be comforting for Joe Burrow and company. The Dolphins have yet to win a game this season and haven’t topped 13 points in a single game.
The rub is the Bengals are dealing with some major injury question marks ahead of Sunday’s clash. Receivers Ja’Marr Chase (concussion) and Tee Higgins (hamstring) are both questionable to play against the Dolphins.
That’s part of the reason why the Bengals are only 7-point favorites on the road.
There’s no question that missing Chase and/or Higgins in this game would have an impact. Chase was able to practice on a limited basis Thursday, but Higgins didn’t practice at all.
However, the Bengals still have an advantage here. Burrow is one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the NFL, completing 71.2 percent of his passes this season. He’s also top-five in attempts per game, throwing the ball 39 times per contest.

In last week’s game against the Vikings, the Dolphins limited the Vikings to 15 points, but surrendered 247 yards through the air to Kyler Murray on 27 completions.
It’s unlikely will have both of his top targets, but the Bengals are such a pass-heavy team that we can expect Burrow’s passing volume to be consistent with his season numbers. Wide receiver Dohnte Meyers, tight end Mike Gesicki, and running Chase Brown have all been effective targets for Burrow and should pick up the slack against a vulnerable defense.
