BACKGRID Spies at Tower Bar on Wednesday night did double takes when they saw Al Pacino, 85, and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 31, dining with Pacino’s “Heat” co-star Jon Voight, as well as “Last Night in Soho” star Anya Taylor-Joy and her musician husband, Malcolm McRae.
An insider told Page Six Hollywood: “They had a long dinner together,” adding that the grouping was somewhat bewildering.
Legendary actor Al Pacino and girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, arrive at Funke for private party with many other celebrities. BACKGRID Pacino is a Tower Bar regular, while “Midnight Cowboy” star Voight, 87, is one of President Trump‘s “special ambassadors” to Hollywood tasked with bringing film and TV production back to the US from abroad. Voight has previously said of the plan: “The President loves the entertainment business and this country, and he will help us make Hollywood great again.”
Voight’s fellow ambassadors include Mel Gibson and Sylvester Stallone, though Deadline previously reported that Voight was the only one taking his job seriously by, “taking meetings around town with union reps and studio executives to understand the issues plaguing domestic production.”
Taylor-Joy recently said that her breakout Netflix show, “The Queen’s Gambit” won’t return for a second season, seemingly disappointing fans, but not herself. “I think that story is, like, very nicely wrapped up with a bow,” she said. The star has big-budget projects coming up including the third film in the “Dune” franchise.
