Winless Titans fire three execs in front office shake-up

Make New York Post a Preferred Source The Titans are shaking things up in their front office.

Three vice presidents — Adam Nuse, Erin Swartz and Charles Jensen — are no longer with the organization, according to Titans reporter Jared Stillman.

Swartz had played a leading role in the team’s recent rebranding push, which included a new logo and uniforms that divided the fanbase.

Adolpho Birch, meanwhile, is shifting out of his legal leadership post and into a senior advisor role alongside ownership.

Tennessee has had four straight losing seasons and look well on their way to a fifth.

They are sitting at 0-4 as they prepare to take on the also-winless division rival Texans at home on Sunday.

The future isn’t looking so pretty, either.

Quarterback Cam Ward, whom the team took No. 1 overall a year-and-a-half ago, has been shaky, at best, throwing for 18 touchdowns with nine interceptions while going 3-18 across 21 NFL starts.

There’s been little spark from their new New York-themed coaching combination as well.

Former Jets coach Robert Saleh is still searching for his first win leading the Titans, while offensive coordinator Brian Daboll — who was fired as Giants coach last season — has his unit averaging just 13.8 points per game, 31st in the NFL, through four weeks.

The latest regime is just another turn in Tennessee’s longstanding coaching carousel.

Callahan lasted just 23 games before being fired six games into his second season.
