Russia on Friday said it summoned the United Kingdom and France ambassadors to protest a Ukrainian strike using Storm Shadow missiles on a factory in Bryansk, calling it a provocation that could undermine peace efforts.

Ukraine said on March 10 that it had used Storm Shadow missiles to hit a factory that produced semiconductor devices and integrated micro chips for missiles in the Russian city of Bryansk.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said Moscow considered the strike to be a deliberate provocation aimed at derailing a peace settlement in Ukraine.
