Patrick Clancy’s Manhattan apartment hits the rental market for $6,550 a month weeks after ex-wife Lindsay’s mistrial

The Midtown East one-bedroom where the Massachusetts dad started over is up for rent at $6,550 a month.

It frees up Dec. 11, according to TMZ, which first reported the listing.

That pencils out to $78,600 a year for 748 square feet, or roughly $105 a foot.

The pad sits in Aalto57, a 169-unit building that went up in 2016 and fills the Second Avenue block between 56th and 57th streets.

It forms the rental base of a 65-story tower designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, with a curvy facade that tips its hat to a vase by Finnish design legend Alvar Aalto.

The unit has one bathroom, a dishwasher and its own washer and dryer.

Downstairs, the perk list runs long. Think climbing wall, basketball court, game room, a playroom for kids, a gym and a terrace with grills. Dogs and cats are welcome, and a Whole Foods anchors the retail space below.

Clancy, who works remotely for Microsoft, landed in New York four months after his children Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan were killed in Duxbury in January 2023.

His then-wife, Lindsay Clancy, is charged with their murders. Her defense says she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.

Her trial collapsed Sept. 4 after jurors spent seven days and nearly 40 hours deliberating without a unanimous verdict. She remains held without bail at Tewksbury Hospital.

A retrial is still up in the air, and the judge hopes to pin down a possible date at a November hearing.

“I wasn’t married to a monster, I was married to someone who got sick,” Patrick told the New Yorker in 2024.

He filed for divorce that year and wed Dr. Rachel Danis in April. She is a fertility specialist at RMA of New York.

The newlyweds sat down with “60 Minutes” last month and confirmed a baby is on the way.

Clancy admitted there was a stretch when he “didn’t think I would live to see my 35th birthday.”

Clancy also cut ties with the Duxbury colonial where the tragedy unfolded. He sold the three-bedroom at 47 Summer St. in an off-market deal that closed in January 2024 for $675,000, up from the $500,000 he and Lindsay paid in 2018.
