Make Page Six a Preferred Source Hannah Cain, a 45-year-old who served as a doctor for Queen Camilla and other members of the royal family, was killed over the weekend.
Her husband, Mark Cain, has been arrested and charged with her murder, prosecutors revealed Wednesday.
While hosting a sleepover for her three kids on Sunday, Hannah suffered a “blunt force injury to the right side of her head” and had an injury “that could be suggestive of compression of the neck.”
The slaying took place at her and Mark’s $1.1 million home in Dersingham, which is a mile from Camilla and King Charles’ Sandringham Estate.
The royals have been informed of Hannah’s death but have yet to speak out, per the Sun.
A friend of Hannah told the outlet that she seemed “stressed” and “distracted” during school run a few days before her death, something which was “out of character.”
Mark has not entered a plea for the killing and he is being remanded in custody. The energy company director is due back in court on Thursday.
Page Six has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment but did not immediately hear back.
