Jackson Olson apologizes to fellow ‘DWTS’ contestant Guillermo Rodriguez over shady comment

Make Page Six a Preferred Source It takes two to tango.

Jackson Olson apologized to his fellow “Dancing With the Stars” castmate Guillermo Rodriguez over a shady comment he made.

“To G and to all of you, from the bottom of my heart I am so sorry about my comment I made the other day and that it caused this much negativity,” he wrote on Instagram Tuesday.

“I love this guy ❤️ now let’s do what this show is meant to be about.. DANCE 🕺 ily G,” the Savannah Bananas star, 29, added.

Olson posted his message alongside a video of himself and Rodriguez dancing in sunglasses. The video was set to the tune of the “Hannah Montana” song titled “Nobody’s Perfect,” which features the lyrics, “Everybody makes mistakes / Everybody has those days.”

The athlete apologized a day after he raised eyebrows on social media with a comment he left under a TikTok post shared by the Loco Beach Coconuts, a professional baseball team in the Banana Ball Championship League.

The video showed one of the athletes dancing choreography that was originally performed by Rodriguez and his partner, Witney Carson, on “DWTS” earlier in the season.

“But seriously, how did you do this better than him with 2 hours of rehearsal,” Olson wrote, adding a laughing emoji.

Both Olson and Rodriguez hit the ballroom floor again on Tuesday for Mariah Carey Night.

The baseball player danced a waltz with his partner, Emma Slater, while Rodriguez and Carson performed a samba.

“Summer House” star Ciara Miller and her pro partner, Brandon Armstrong, were shockingly eliminated at the end of the episode.

The pair earned a 21/30 from the judges for their jazz routine to “Emotions.”

New episodes of “DWTS” air Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, and stream on Hulu the following day.
