A new-construction mansion on a Brentwood street — one favored by certain A-list residents — asks $23.9 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.
At 10,600 square feet, the “Belgian-inspired” home on N Tigertail Road, which features a copper roof, comes with six bedrooms and eight baths.
Past and present residents of the street include LeBron James, Travis Scott, Alanis Morissette and Jim Carrey, who lived there for decades. Carrey first listed his home for $28.8 million in 2023 — it sold last August for $17 million.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck also lived at 300 N Tigertail Rd when they were married. Their former nest, built in 1929, had multiple offers the day it listed at $9.5 million last May — it sold a month later for $10.82 million, according to reports. (Garner had purchased the home for $5.5 million in 2004.)
This listed turn-key home, which sits on 3.9 acres, was envisioned by developer/builder Gesh Group, and designed by LA and Stockholm-based Concept by C — with landscape architecture by Christine London.
“It’s a passion project — very different from your average spec house,” Gesh Group’s Oren Levy told Gimme. “We work with designers and architects so that each home we build has its own feeling and vibe. These are curated, custom and very intentional homes.”
This house, Levy said, has a contemporary Belgium facade, covered in distressed limestone, with vintage finishes.
The entrance is lined by olive trees, and a limestone garden path. Steel-framed glass doors open to a grand foyer.
A chef’s kitchen with marble and artisanal tiles — and plenty of natural stone and wood — anchors the home.
There’s also a main bedroom suite with a fireplace, a wet bar, vintage European hardware and two spa-like baths in marble and limestone.
Design details throughout the home include floor-to-ceiling windows, limestone and brick floors, lime-washed walls, custom oak paneling, millwork and wainscoting. There are also multiple lounge and entertaining spots.
For music lovers, a piano room wows, complete with a bar with “antiqued” mirrors. Film buffs will enjoy a “moody” home theater with vintage lighting. There’s also an upstairs den overlooking the grounds.
Downstairs, there’s a temperature-controlled wine cellar with reclaimed brick, beamed ceilings and a built-in basement bar.
Wellness needs are also met with a gym and a spa, which features a limestone-clad steam room and a dry sauna.
Even the laundry rooms come with limestone cabinetry and floors.
Outside, there’s a pool, landscaped lawns, a covered gazebo with a copper fireplace and lounge, as well as a built-in Wolf barbecue and dining area.
“We try to check every box, in terms of stye and design, so nothing is homogenized,” Levy said, adding that they also “try not to look at trends, but to do what is right for the homes. We don’t want everything to look the same. It’s a creative effort between all of us in that regard. So much went into it, and it feels effortless. The flow of the house is what we intended.”
