I’ve found that around $40 usually does the trick, as long as you know how to spend it on the right, high-quality, affordable CBD brands that work for you.
It feels like CBD (an abbreviation for cannabidiol found in the hemp plant) is now everywhere — incorporated into patches, and even food and beverages. It’s easy to forget that CBD products are still somewhat new to the market — hemp only gained non-controlled status in 2018.

The therapeutic benefits are so much more powerful, and various clinical studies back it up. CBD has been shown to ease anxiety and stress, improve sleep, and even help reduce chronic pain.
There are so many products on the hemp market to try, and since the effects vary from person to person, we suggest doing some of your own research before jumping in. While it’s not psychoactive, the effects of high-quality CBD can be pretty noticeable — but not so noticeable that they’re distracting.
It took me some experimenting to discover the best CBD for me, which is why I’ve now taken it upon myself to give back in return. As the willing guinea pig in this trial, I’ve decided to give a few of the best brands a shot and report back here for you.
