Many users say the RingConn ring offers several similar Oura Ring features, from step-counting and heart-rate tracking to sleep insights and women’s health features.
However, some RingConn users say a few key differences could make it the better choice. The biggest? Oura Ring requires a $6/month subscription, while RingConn’s app comes with no additional fee.
“The main reason I chose this over Oura: no monthly subscription,” one user shared. “It’s not like it’s a huge bill to pay, but having one more to the list is just…not necessary for me, not for health and wellness, not at this time.”
