An Israeli strike hit an apartment block in the heart of Beirut. it is the second time Israel has targeted the heart of the Lebanese capital since the war started. The southern suburbs of Beirut and south Lebanon have come under a regular intense Israeli attack with more than 500 killed and around 700,000 displaced in twelve days. FRANCE 24 travelled to the mountains north of Beirut where families have fled to, seeking shelter.
