Make California Post a Preferred Source San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy has been flexing his style on the football field this season, which has led to a 4-0 record.
Purdy’s style off the field isn’t as impressive to 49ers fans.
The 26-year-old shared a great story regarding this during an appearance on the 49ers’ “You Got Mail” podcast last week.
“Yeah, Jenna helps me out with it for sure. We have a little stylist back in Tennessee, she helps. We like to mix in, you know, my Ariat deal, and wearing boots, and jeans, and stuff like that. It’s always a clean look,” Purdy said when asked about his game-day outfits.
“Jenna reads the comments more than I do. But she’s like, ‘People are still saying you look like a teacher leaving school to go play football.’ Anyway, it is what it is. So, I don’t know. Nice and simple.”
And no San Francisco fan will have a problem with how Purdy dresses as long as he keeps donning his 49ers jersey and performing at an NFL MVP-caliber level each weekend.
Perhaps Purdy will dress to impress before his team’s NFC West showdown against the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks this Sunday.
