An officer wrote that medication was found in Satterley’s backpack and hotel room keys were recovered.
One officer, according to the report, found Satterley’s phone buzzing. The officer picked up the phone and a woman on the other line said that Satterley was heading to Cava for lunch. The report said Satterley was set to return to the United Kingdom on that day.
