Fake construction worker targets celebrity plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills burglary spree

Make California Post a Preferred Source Plastic surgeons to the stars are offering a reward for the capture of a woman accused of posing as a construction worker to burglarize their Beverly Hills offices before going on a shopping spree with stolen credit cards.

The alleged incident occurred on July 30 in several offices in a building on the 120 block of South Spalding Drive. The building is home to several celebrity plastic surgeons, including Dr. Garth Fisher of “Extreme Makeover” and Dr. Paul Nassif of the reality series “Botched.”

The building was construction so when the woman allegedly posing as a construction worker asked to check the water pressure at Dr. Fisher’s office, his employee said she didn’t suspect a thing, KTLA reported.

“We were at the front desk and a lady came in and said that she worked for the construction building, so we let her in, and she then pointed at the logo on her shirt,” Miluzka Romero said.

Romero said she took the woman around to the various rooms and bathrooms in the building, including one near Dr. Fisher’s office.

“I walk her to the back of the office. That’s where Dr. Fisher’s office is next to the bathroom, so she walked there and flushed the toilet,” Romero said.

Surveillance footage in the office showed clear images of the woman as she walked around being escorted by office staff. The woman then left the building.

Romero said the alleged burglary happened after a co-worker later let the woman back inside when she claimed she had forgotten her phone.

“When she came back, she went straight to those offices and then left,” Romero said.

A short time later Dr. Fisher and his wife started getting notices about thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized charges on their credit cards and Apple Pay.

When they checked the surveillance cameras in the office, Fisher said they saw the woman reportedly taking their wallets.

Staff later learned she reportedly hit two other offices in the building, including one belonging to Dr. Nassif. Each time the woman allegedly pretended to be a construction worker to gain access.

The woman is allegedly seen on the surveillance footage not only burglarizing the building, but also using the stolen cards at an Apple Store, KTLA reported.

The surgeons are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to her arrest.
