Make New York Post a Preferred Source A senior CUNY director has been accused of groping, harassing and exposing his penis to his subordinate — without facing any consequences for his allegedly pervy behavior, according to a new lawsuit.
Krafins Valcin, the senior director of academic collaboration technology, allegedly assaulted a 34-year-old IT senior associate on the way home from an office happy hour in Manhattan on Dec. 2, 2025, according to a lawsuit filed on Sept. 29 in Manhattan Supreme Court.
The accuser said in court papers that she had been working with Valcin for about half a year and hadn’t had any problems with him, so she agreed to carpool from the event since they both live in New Jersey.

“I can tell you have a fat p—y,” he abruptly said while grabbing her fingers, the lawsuit claims.
She was “utterly shocked” by the brazen comment and made it clear she had no interest in him — but that didn’t stop him from making countless innuendos and rubbing her thigh “toward her genitals” on the way home, the woman alleged.
Valcin drove the woman to her car, which was parked at a train station in Newark, but then allegedly parked in front of her vehicle to keep her from leaving.
She was in her car when she claims he came over to the driver’s side, swung open her door and forced her hand over his erect penis as he said: “This is what you do to me.”
Once she managed to free her hand, he dropped his pants to expose his genitals, the lawsuit claims.
Terrified, she reported the incident to Newark police. But the case was dropped over lack of video evidence, a source familiar with the situation told The Post.
Valcin allegedly begged for forgiveness after the sickening encounter and claimed he had “more to lose” than she did.
The accuser — who was “utterly shocked” by the vulgar comments Valcin allegedly made about her genitals — said she hasn’t returned to the office since the alleged assaults. Helayne Seidman for the NY Post She contacted CUNY’s Title IX office in January after suffering panic attacks in the office.
She claims officials issued a no contact order between Valcin and her in February, but he remains in his position.
The accuser said in court papers that she is so traumatized, she hasn’t returned to the office and has been working from home since.
“The worst part is that after being subjected to her co-worker’s inappropriate and degrading sexual advances, CUNY did nothing to reprimand or alter the perpetrator’s employment. Rather than ensuring a safe work environment for the plaintiff, CUNY actually placed the burden on her to adjust her entire workplace to avoid him,” the woman’s lawyer, Gerald Cohen, told The Post.
When reached by phone, Valcin said he was “shocked” by the lawsuit and denied groping the woman, but declined to comment further.
A CUNY spokesperson said: “CUNY takes allegations of sexual assault and harassment seriously and is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all members of our community. Because this is a pending legal matter, we cannot comment further.”
