Make Page Six a Preferred Source Ben Affleck revealed that he’s not focused on dating two years after his split from ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.
The Oscar winner was asked about his love life at the New York premiere for his new film, “Animals,” on Thursday, telling Entertainment Tonight that work and his three children come first.
“There’s not a lot of room. I’m not running around,” he said about dating. “It’s just not a big priority in my life.”
Affleck, 54, insisted that he’s “good and happy” as a single man.
“I know what my priorities are. You can’t have two things that are the most important in your life,” he explained. “For me, that’s the kids. So that’s what that is. And then I have my work, which I love.”
Affleck added, “I’m where I’m at, and I’m great, and who knows what adventures life will bring. I’m open to it, but I’m not trying to chase anything.”
Earlier in the interview, reporter Kevin Frazier asked Affleck about Ana Navarro claiming on Monday’s episode of “The View” that she tried to set the “Gone Girl” star up with Shakira after his and Lopez’s split in 2024.
“I hear s–t like that, honestly, first from people like you,” Affleck said, adding, “I never heard that in my whole life. People gossip. Stuff gets made up.”
Affleck insisted, “I don’t get set up.”
The “Argo” director shares Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 14, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The “Daredevil” co-stars tied the knot in 2005, and separated a decade later. Their divorce was finalized in 2018.
In 2022, Affleck married Lopez — whom he was previously engaged to in 2002 — but the duo split within two years. Their divorce was finalized by January 2025.

On “The View” earlier this week, Navarro, 54, explained how she allegedly tried to play matchmaker with Affleck.
“I was at a Shakira concert in Miami, and Matt Damon was there with his wife and his girls. And Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are best friends,” Navarro said. “And it had just come out that J.Lo and Ben Affleck were breaking up. And Shakira had broken up with her husband.”
“Matt Damon said that could be complicated,” Navarro continued, referring to Lopez and Shakira’s friendship. “But now enough time has passed where I think Ben Affleck needs to give Shakira [a call], and Shakira needs to give Ben Affleck [a call].”
Affleck last spoke about his love life on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last week, revealing his kids roast him for his dating history.
“They’ll talk about their friends and the drama and their relationships,” Affleck said, explaining that when he tried to give advice, one of his kids said to the twice-divorced actor, “Oh, like you’re the expert on relationships?”
In addition to Garner and Lopez, Affleck’s famous exes include actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Ana de Armas and more.
