Make New York Post a Preferred Source Dramatic new bodycam footage shows the moment cops realize they’d finally tracked down Luigi Mangione after a five-day manhunt.
“It’s f–king him dude,” a male cop can be heard telling other officers as a female officer pulled a magazine of bullets from Mangione’s backpack, according to a report by CNN.
Mangione was caught in Altoona, Pennsylvania on Dec. 9, 2024, five days after he shot and killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan.

Mangione, 28, recently pleaded guilty to federal stalking charges connected to Thompson’s death and has since asked a judge to toss his state murder case on the claim he’s protected under double jeopardy laws following his plea.
