Meghan Markle pays homage to Montecito home 1 month after United Kingdom move

Make Page Six a Preferred Source Meghan Markle’s latest product proves she’s missing Montecito.

The Duchess of Sussex teased the launch of a Christmas advent calendar “inspired by” the garden in her California home via Instagram on Wednesday, one month after her and Prince Harry’s relocation to the United Kingdom.

“A little holiday magic is on its way,” the actress, 45, captioned the social media reveal. “24 days of sweet surprises, made for the joy of anticipation. Our first-ever Advent Calendar is coming tomorrow.”

The upload gave a close-up look at the box, which featured an illustration of the $14 million mansion the couple purchased in 2020.

The image also depicted the pair’s chickens, who stayed behind in Montecito when Markle and Harry moved.

The numbers on the box, as well as the chocolates themselves, appear to be written in the “Deal or No Deal” alum’s handwriting.

“A magical celebration of the season,” the inside flap of the calendar reads. “Twenty-four handcrafted chocolates to sweeten each day, thoughtfully inspired by our Montecito garden.”

The product, which will set buyers back $148, is also stamped with the As Ever brand logo, a pair of entwined palm trees that pay tribute to the Montecito property.

Markle shared throwback footage via Instagram Stories on Thursday from when she and Compartés chocolatier Jonathan Grahm were “Christmas planning in June.”

In the video, set to Michael Bublé “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” the duo rode on a golf cart as Markle urged Grahm, 42, to “hang on” and he told social media users to “stay tuned.”

The clip ended with Markle and Harry’s dog Pula carrying a plush As Ever raspberry jam plushie in its mouth.

The “keepsake” advent calendar’s flavors, according to a Compartés newsletter, will “draw from As Ever favorites,” from the “Suits” alum’s fruit spreads and marmalade to her “own flower sprinkles.”

Markle, who launched her brand in 2025, moved across the pond with Harry, 42, and their two kids — Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5 — in August.

While the “With Love, Meghan” star has since laid low, she has been spotted multiple times out and about in the Cotswolds.

The little ones are enrolled in school, despite multiple security scares, and Harry, for his part, has stepped out for a slew of public appearances without his wife.

Their Montecito home, meanwhile, has “folks still maintaining the property,” with Page Six hearing in September that “no one is moving in.”
