Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi’s LA living plans revealed as relationship is ‘going really well’

Make Page Six a Preferred Source Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi may be spending plenty of time under the same roof, but they’re not ready to officially move in together just yet.

“Things are going really well between them, but they’re not rushing into something that serious,” a source exclusively told Page Six.

The “Euphoria” star has been staying with the supermodel while searching for a Los Angeles home of his own to buy, according to the insider.

“Jacob had been renting a place in the Hollywood Hills, but once the property was being sold, he needed somewhere to stay and he started spending more time at Kendall’s,” the source said.

“He’s been staying with her while he looks for a place of his own to buy.”

While the “Kardashians” star, 30, has joined the Oscar nominee, 29, on some of his house-hunting excursions, the insider explained that the two aren’t shopping for a home together.

“Kendall has been involved and gone with him to look at places, but it’s not because they’re planning to move in together or buy a house as a couple,” the insider explained. “She’s helping him look.”

The pair’s outings apparently led to some confusion about whether they were taking the next step in their relationship.

“People may have seen Jacob and Kendall together while he’s been looking at houses and assumed they’re shopping for a home together, but that’s not what’s happening,” the source said. “Jacob is looking for his own place.”

The insider also cleared up speculation surrounding Elordi’s previous home in the Hollywood Hills, explaining that the actor did not own the property.

“Some people think Jacob sold his house, but he was actually renting his place in LA, and the owners sold the home in June,” the source said. “Jacob was no longer living there after the owners sold it.”

And the “Frankenstein” actor isn’t in a huge hurry to settle on his next home.

“He’s been staying with Kendall quite a bit, so there hasn’t exactly been this huge rush for him to find somewhere,” the source said. “He has somewhere to stay while he looks for the right place.”

Reps for Jenner and Elordi did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Meanwhile, the couple’s romance has continued to heat up in recent months.

As Page Six previously reported, Jenner sees Elordi as “husband material” and believes she “could actually marry this person.”

A source told Page Six at the time that the reality star was “happier than she’s been in a really long time” and that those closest to her could see the relationship becoming serious.

Jenner and Elordi recently took a major step publicly when they were photographed holding hands in August, marking their first PDA moment as a couple.

The couple — who first sparked dating rumors in February — had just finished enjoying a romantic dinner date at ChinaTang Restaurant in London when they were spotted looking elegant for their night out.

The getaway came after the pair had quietly been spending time together for months.

Page Six reported in May that Jenner had been “a little hesitant at first” about taking their friendship to the next level because the two had known each other and moved in the same circles for years.

However, Elordi quickly fit in with Jenner’s tight-knit group of friends and family, with an insider telling Page Six at the time that he was “super easygoing and down to earth.”

Kendall has previously been linked to NBA star Devin Booker, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles, while Elordi’s past relationships include Olivia Jade and Kaia Gerber.
