Make Page Six a Preferred Source Andy Cohen still doesn’t think he’s a “cheapskate” when it comes to how much he pays babysitters.
On Monday, the “Watch What Happens Live” host revealed he pays his babysitter $30 an hour to watch his two kids — a rate his pal Jeff Lewis derided as “cheap.”
When Page Six asked Cohen, 58, at the Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame Awards on Tuesday whether he believes he’s underpaying his employee, he insisted he had “checked with [his] friends” on what they paid, and it was comparable.
Page Six cheekily asked if he was feeling like a “cheapskate,” leaving Cohen seemingly abashed.
“I wasn’t till we started talking about it on the radio. You’re making me feel like one,” he added, before noting that he plans to talk to more people about going rates.
Lewis teased Cohen, saying the price he’s paying is “cheap to me, especially from someone with your money,” on Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live.”
Cohen explained that he had paid his babysitter $70 for staying two hours and fifteen minutes.
“I probably would’ve given her 100 for two hours, two kids,” Lewis retorted.
The “Flipping Out” alum revealed that his babysitter earns $37 an hour to watch his 9-year-old daughter, Monroe, whom he shares with his ex, Gage Edward.
Cohen welcomed his son, Ben, 7, via surrogate in 2019, before expanding his family with daughter Lucy Eve, 4, in 2022.
Cohen was honored at the Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame Awards along with Wolf Blitzer, Val Boreland and Joseph M. Cohen.

He brought along his boyfriend, finance exec Kevin Sobieski, as his plus-one. The two have been dating since meeting at a Fourth of July party in 2025.
“Everything’s good,” the “Housewives” honcho shared, but seemed shocked when asked if they had moved in together.
Cohen is gearing up for the upcoming release of a new book on Oct. 20 called “Andy’s Bravo Scrapbook,” which includes personal photos from the last two decades.
