The Kansas City Current co-owner, 31, shared a close-up look at the tattoo on her right wrist and forearm via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, breaking down the meaning behind the design.
“I guess I never have showed my tattoo and people are so intrigued 😂 It’s the side profiles of my kiddos with Patrick’s initials into their names and birthdays 🥹🤍,” she wrote.
The fine-line piece depicts the silhouettes of the three children she shares with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, 31: Sterling, 5, and Bronze, 3, and Golden, 20 months. Each child’s name is written in script along her wrist with a date inked underneath it.
The forearm tat made its debut in Brittany’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit digital cover shoot in February. Photos from Golden’s first birthday party on Jan. 12 showed a bare forearm, suggesting she got the tattoo in the days before the shoot.
It showed up again at Sunday’s Chiefs vs. Dolphins game in Miami, appearing in a photo Mahomes posted with Golden in her lap.

The portraits extend a wrist tattoo Brittany got in April 2023, which originally listed Sterling’s and Bronze’s names and birthdays. “Just got this one 🥹,” she captioned a photo of it at the time.
Golden’s name has since joined her older siblings’ on the wrist. Brittany’s collection also includes a paw print on her left wrist and a heart with an interlocking infinity symbol on her right foot.
Her husband has at least two inked homages of his own. In 2022, the athlete had prints of Sterling’s tiny hand and foot tattooed on the back of his leg.
