Video Topo Chico mineral water slowly returns to shelves as supplies remain limited H-E-B says the Coca-Cola-owned carbonated mineral water is gradually becoming available again, with shoppers reporting sightings in Texas and Oklahoma after a lengthy disruption tied to facility improvements in Mexico.
Topo Chico is bubbling back onto store shelves after a months-long absence that left fans of the cult-favorite mineral water scrambling for alternatives.
Texas grocery giant H-E-B confirmed to Fox News Digital that supplies of the Coca-Cola-owned beverage have begun returning, although availability remains limited.
"It's slowly hitting store shelves in limited quantities," an H-E-B representative told Fox News Digital.

Coca-Cola did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment on the apparent return.
But Topo Chico fans have already begun spotting the familiar green bottles — and celebrating online.
"Oh my GAWD! Topo Chico is back! Let's rejoice! So happy!" one Reddit user wrote in a Sept. 20 post after reporting a sighting in Texas.
Other shoppers have posted photos of newly stocked cases at retailers around Texas.

"We are so back," another user declared in a Sept. 23 post. Asked whether the newly purchased Topo Chico tasted like the original, the user replied, "The burn I have missed for months 🤤 Refreshing."
The sightings may also be beginning to spread beyond Texas. A Reddit user on Sept. 29 reported finding Topo Chico back in stock at a Sam's Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
"The Topo Chico is spreading," one commenter responded, while others asked when the mineral water would return to California.
The gradual reappearance follows a months-long shortage that began earlier this year.

Fox News Digital reported in April that Topo Chico had been largely unavailable nationwide since February as Coca-Cola made upgrades to facilities at the water source and production sites in Mexico.
At the time, Coca-Cola told Fox News Digital that the work was tied to the company's safety and quality priorities and said, "We aim to have Topo Chico Mineral Water back later this year."
The shortage came as Americans' appetite for premium mineral water was growing, with shoppers turning to competing brands as Topo Chico disappeared from shelves.

Unlike ordinary seltzer, mineral water must originate from specific natural sources, which can make production more difficult to scale.
Now, the first cases appear to be trickling back — though some fans are still waiting.
