She’s ready to start jogging through the surf!
It was just announced that Brooks Nader has been cast as a lifeguard in Fox’s upcoming “Baywatch” reboot, but we hear she has already been prepping for the role.
“She’s been religiously training for the last few weeks,” says a source.
We hear the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model — who is already in enviable shape — has been strength training with a personal trainer to get her ready for the franchises iconic red suit.
(In 2023 she appeared on the cover of the magazine in a red one piece, looking very much the part.)
“She is very excited about this next step in her career,” says the source.
Nader has played herself on the reality show “Love Thy Nader,” which also stars her sisters Sarah Jane, Mary Holland and Grace Ann. She also competed on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2024.
She did do a bit of acting in 2018 Sylvester Stallone flick “Backtrace,” playing “orderly Lisa.”
The new “Baywatch,” which starts production this spring on Venice Beach and on the Fox Studio Lot in Century City according to Deadline, also stars Stephen Amell, Jessica Belkin, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone and original series star David Chokachi.
Nader is set to play Selene, “a sharp-tongued Captain of the Zuma beach lifeguards,” reads the character description.
The original series starring David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson ran from 1989 to 2001. There was also a 2017 movie with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron.
Nader was spotted this weekend at the opening of members-only club Zero Bond’s Las Vegas outpost at the Wynn Hotel where she was photographed chatting with Kevin Costner.
