Make California Post a Preferred Source There must be love in the air around the 49ers.
Those who follow San Francisco know that star running back Christian McCaffrey’s wife, Olivia Culpo, is in her third trimester of pregnancy.
And there will be another 49ers baby arriving next year, as former 49ers wide receiver Trent Taylor and his wife, Sarah, announced that they were expecting a child with an Instagram post on Monday.
“Our little miracle joining us soon 🤍,” the post was captioned. It included several photos of the happy couple in a field together with their two dogs.
View this post on Instagram Taylor announced his retirement from football in July after spending two separate stints with the 49ers. His most recent stint was in 2024, when he caught one pass for 11 yards.
While Taylor was never an impact player, he and his wife were clearly beloved by his teammates and their partners.
Numerous 49ers players and WAGs flooded their comments section to give their congrats. Brock Purdy’s wife Jenna wrote, “Just growing a human🤍🤍🤍🤍”.
George Kittle commented, “❤️❤️❤️❤️” and his wife, Claire, added, “I LOVE YOU GUYS.”
Kyle Juszczyk wrote, “So exciting!” while his wife Kristin said, “You are a TRUE ANGEL!!!!!”
Nick Bosa’s girlfriend Ella Ailiff added, “Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️.”
Purdy never threw a touchdown pass to Taylor. But at least their wives seem to have a close relationship with each other.
