The viral pink pills have also been taking TikTok by storm, racking up thousands of other similarly enthusiastic reviews from women who claim the supplement has helped eliminate vaginal odors, restore moisture and even support gut health — with some users touting benefits like less bloating, better regularity and clearer skin.
The popular supplement retails for $30 on Amazon, but it’s currently on sale ahead of October Prime Day, which runs from Oct. 6 through Oct. 7 (though many deals are already live). And given the supplements’ popularity, it’s fair to wonder how long the deal will last.
But the real question is: are these pills actually worth the hype?
Some TikTokers have weighed in — including Dr. Kendra Segura, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, who previously appeared on Bravo’s “Married to Medicine: Los Angeles”.
“Hey ladies, let me tell you why this is my number one product,” Segura said in a viral post.
“This vaginal prebiotic.. it says pre, but guess what? The kicker is it’s also a probiotic. You need a prebiotic to have good gut health. Good gut health equals good vaginal health. And you need a good probiotic because you need to make sure that the bacteria in your vagina is balanced,” she explained.
There is also evidence that supports Segura’s claims. Much of it is focused on a specific probiotic strain called Lactobacillus, which is the same strain used in URO’s formula.
A 2025 scientific review found that “Lactobacillus species, especially among probiotics, play an important role in the treatment and prevention of various gynecological disorders,” including bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis and polycystic ovary syndrome.
When it comes to results, the brand says consistency is key. Users may notice a difference within the first week of use, but the full benefits may take longer — up to two months. However, some reviewers have reported a much quicker timeline.
“I saw an ad on social media for a product that was making women smell like heaven down there,” one woman noted. “My results may not be typical, but let me tell you… This stuff works… and guess what, it worked right away. It only took a day for me to notice no smell.”
