Make New York Post a Preferred Source Battle Ground Academy senior Bo Bryan — the son of country music star Luke Bryan — is balling in his first season as a starting quarterback.
Bo’s second-half heroics led his team to a 41-35 win over rival Franklin Road Academy on Friday in a rematch of last year’s Tennessee Division II-AA state championship.
He threw for a career-high 406 yards and six touchdowns.
The three-star recruit stayed poised after he threw an early interception that the Panthers turned in to a touchdown and put his team in a 10-point hole.
Luke, who was there and sported a BGA cap and polo, praised Bo for delivering in pressure situations.

This being against a big rival during his senior year, he’s learning as he goes,” the country star said afterward in an interview with USA Today Sports. “Everything that happens to him this year is the first time he’s had all these pressure situations, all the ups and downs. He came out, we got behind and he threw a pick that turned into points for them.
“But for the team to battle back and for him to have such an incredible second half and for his coaches to trust him with that fourth down call, I couldn’t be prouder as a dad.”

Bo received offers from Tennessee Tech, Eastern Kentucky, East Tennessee State, Austin Peay, UT Martin and North Alabama.
Luke was his biggest fan at the game in Tennessee amid a busy work schedule.
He attended the game a day after headlining a concert in Nashville and a day before he had to perform in Wisconsin, according to USA Today Sports.
Luke then appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Sunday.
