France 24's Catherine Norris Trent reports from Lebanon's Sidon, where she says waves of displaced people have been arriving as they head further north in an effort to escape Israeli strikes. Israel's military said earlier Tuesday it would soon strike Hezbollah infrastructure in Sidon and other locations in Lebanon's south, warning residents to move away from targeted buildings.
