That goes for both the fight fans from the Crosswinds of the West in Utah’s state capitol and the women’s flyweight division as a whole in advance of UFC 332. But this being our monthly look at the rankings landscape across MMA, we’ll home in on the latter for now.
To catch you up: Valentina Shevchenko, who has not been scheduled to defend the flyweight title since turning away with relative ease ex-strawweight queen Zhang Weili in a legend-on-legend showdown last November, opted to vacate her perch in late summer while recovering from injury.
