Fifteen new celebs will be put through the “World’s Toughest Test” when “Special Forces” returns for its fifth season tonight, Sept. 24.
This season’s group of recruits includes a couple of familiar Bravo faces, including Brandi Glanville, Mauricio Umansky and Alexia Umansky; “Selling Sunset” star Bre Tiesi; actors Oliver Hudson and Candace Cameron-Bure; former athletes LeSean McCoy and Matt Barnes; and former politician George Santos.
Rudy Reyes, Jason Fox, Mark “Billy” Billingham and Jovon “Q” Quarles return to put the new group of recruits through the elements of an actual United States Special Forces selection course in Malaysia.
Ahead of the new season, Tiesi told Page Six that her ex-husband, former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel, convinced her to sign on to “Special Forces.”
“Johnny was like, ‘No, you can do this,’” Tiesi told “Virtual Reali-Tea,” noting that Manziel, who appeared on Season 4 of “Special Forces,” warned that she would “hate” talking about her “feelings” with the directing staff.
“The Traitors: New Blood” premieres tonight, Sept. 24, at 9 p.m. ET. Episodes will continue to air weekly on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
