Add Page Six on Google “The Pioneer Woman” Ree Drummond’s foster son, Jamar Goff, was detained for allegedly biting a cop months before his Sept. 15 assault arrest.
TMZ reported Wednesday that the 23-year-old was taken into custody in May 2025 for allegedly chomping down on a detention or correctional officer’s hand.
In court paperwork obtained by the outlet, Goff listed a phone number connected to Drummond, 57, as his family contact — and identified her as “foster parent.”
At the time, he was homeless and working at McDonald’s.
Further details on Goff’s arrest last year are not yet known at this time.
Drummond’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

In his most recent run-in with the law, Goff was arrested on Sept. 15 for allegedly assaulting a police officer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as drug possession for 1.8 grams of meth.
Additionally, he was charged with attempting to elude a police officer and drug paraphernalia possession, as he was reportedly found with a glass pipe.
When cops spoke with Goff, who was shirtless and asleep near a fountain on campus, he allegedly said he was waiting to be sold “ice,” slang for methamphetamine.
He wasn’t detained — until cops noticed there was a warrant out for his arrest.
During their attempts to detain Goff and transport him to a local hospital, he ran from the officials and allegedly struck one.
Goff was subsequently booked at the Jefferson County Jail, with his bail set at $37,000.
Drummond, who has not spoken out about her child’s legal troubles, fostered Goff with her husband, Ladd Drummond, in 2018 when he was a teenager.
The Food Network star is also the mother of Alex, Paige, Bryce and Todd.
