Corey Sipkin for the NY POST The running joke in New York football for most of the past miserable decade has been, “If you combined the Jets and Giants rosters, how many games would the team win?”

It seems like the Titans are determined to find out.

The Titans — the only team in the NFL with a worse record (12-39) than the Giants (13-38) and Jets (15-36) over the past three seasons — added four former Giants and a former Jet on the first day of free agency.

The bill for receiver Wan’Dale Robinson (four years, $78 million), cornerback Cor’Dale Flott (three years, $45 million), tight end Daniel Bellinger (three years, $24 million), center Austin Schlottmann (two years, at least $3.5 million) and defensive tackle John Franklin-Myers (three years, $63 million) totaled north of $213 million.
