Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Rossana Law Shuk-pui said on Saturday that authorities were conducting feasibility studies for the popular tennis facility in Causeway Bay.
She added that whether the project would be completed within the current plan or the following one would depend on its finalised design and scale.
