Add The New York Post on Google A pack of sick frat brothers at Cornell University drugged a 20-year-old student with ketamine and gang-raped her — texting there was “free p—y’’ as she lay unconscious, a shocking new lawsuit claims.
Seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity at the prestigious Ivy League campus in upstate New York are now being sued by the anonymous student, who was “commanded” by one of them to snort the drug off of his erect genitalia as she was helplessly sexually attacked by others in October 2024, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court filing.
“Free p—y,” one of the male students messaged at 1:42 a.m. in a Snapchat group titled “Chi Phi Actives,” according to a screenshot that was included in the court filing and allegedly invited multiple Ivy League creeps to join in the fraternity bedroom to assault the young woman.
One of the defendants responded, “This is crazy work,” court documents allege.
Another person allegedly added, “Like you can walk in and whip it out.”
The elite school later offered the accused frat boys the chance to “mitigate their conduct by submitting essays,” according to the deeply disturbing filing.
Cornell “created an environment where sexual assault and rape of persons such as Plaintiff would be tolerated” and failed to “discipline or remove” the students, reads the suit — which comes after bare-bones media reports of the alleged attack at the time.
The plaintiff, who no longer attends the top university, claims in her suit that she left her family and flew across the country to go to Cornell about two years earlier and “immediately encountered a glorified – yet materially false and misleading façade of Cornell University Greek life.”
A year later, that same Greek life — which Cornell actively promotes “as well managed, worthy pathways to new friendships” — traumatically changed her trajectory, her suit says.
The young woman’s 101-page lawsuit alleges a night of terror that began as an evening out with her sorority sisters and ended in an unspeakable hourslong sexual assault.
After a night of bar-hopping, the young woman met up with one of the defendants at a Tudor-style frathouse mansion, her suit says.
When she declined his offer of a threesome with two frat bros, he allegedly pressured her to snort ketamine for the first time in her life, while also ingesting marijuana and a high-proof rum, court documents claim.
The defendants then “began engaging in sexual acts with Plaintiff, all without her consent,” including both oral and vaginal intercourse, the filing states.
When one frat brother left, another entered to take his place, the nightmare lawsuit claims.
After the sickening text went out, frat members began pouring lines of ketamine all over the woman’s body and snorting them, court documents say.
One of them poured a line of the powder “onto his erect penis and commanded that Plaintiff snort it, which she did.” the suit alleges.
The lawsuit claims the assault continued until 5:45 that morning.
The attack was reported to both campus and Ithaca police about a week later, and the fraternity and seven accused students were placed on temporary suspensions, the lawsuit said.
“The behavior that has been outlined in the many allegations received is abhorrent and cannot be tolerated within our community,” the university said in a statement at the time.
The school declined to comment to The Post on the lawsuit or if the accused men submitted any essays about the alleged attack and if they faced any other disciplinary actions.
A criminal investigation into the accusations did not result in charges being brought against the seven men, the Tompkins County District Attorney’s office told The Post, declining further comment.

The victim’s lawyer was not available for Post comment because of other work, his office said.
Many of the accused students have since deleted their LinkedIn pages, but some appear to have continued their studies at Cornell.
The university has long struggled with sexual assault and rape within the Greek life system, with many students calling to banish the system.
Even after passing reforms in 2021, Cornell temporarily banned all fraternity parties a year later when four young women reported being drugged and raped inside frat houses.
