Add The New York Post on Google Haley Kalil’s request to throw out the lawsuit filed by her ex-husband, former NFL player Matt Kalil, regarding her publicly discussing intimate details about their marriage and mentioning his manhood size, was granted by a judge, according to TMZ.
“I am so relieved this is over,” Haley told the outlet, which was first to report the news. “I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life.
“I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they’ve been through. Your story belongs to you and you shouldn’t fear sharing it.”

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model was sued by her ex-husband for publicly discussing their marriage and sex life during an appearance on a Twitch livestream in November 2025.

Haley, who married Matt in Hawaii in 2015, filed for divorce in 2022.
