The package covers the apps most people associate with Office: Word for documents, Excel for spreadsheets and data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Outlook for email and calendars, and OneNote for keeping notes organized. You also get Access, Microsoft’s database management software, making this Professional Plus edition particularly useful for business users who need more than the basics.
Office 2024 gives those familiar apps a refreshed interface with dark mode support, along with updated productivity, security, and data-analysis features. Excel offers advanced tools for organizing, calculating, and analyzing data, while Access can handle more complex databases. And because these are desktop apps, the core tools aren’t dependent on cloud access to keep you working.
