Speculation has been growing surrounding the fate of a high-ranking Iranian commander, Esmail Qaani as some unconfirmed reports allege the general has been executed by Iran for spying for Israel. The report circulating in Arab media that he was arrested and executed for Israeli espionnage have not been confirmed by Tehran.
