Add Page Six on Google Kelly Osbourne revealed an emotional talk she had with her father, Ozzy Osbourne, just days before he died last July.
“He sat me down, this was about three days before he died,” the TV personality began, while guest appearing on Paul C. Brunson’s “We Need to Talk” podcast.
“He sat me down and said, ‘Tots, I need you to know something. No matter what happens in this life, you can live the rest of your life knowing that there was one man on this planet that truly loved you. That truly loved you for every single thing you are. And that man is me.'”
Kelly, 41, added that she started crying upon hearing her father’s heartfelt words, begging him not to “talk like this.”
“You know, I’m not going to be here forever. And I know you struggle with people and believing you are loved. But I love you more than anyone,” Kelly recalled Ozzy telling her, noting that just “three days later,” he was gone.
As Page Six previously reported, Ozzy died at home in his stunning mansion in Welders, Buckinghamshire, on July 22, 2025. He was 76.
At the time of his death, the rock legend was surrounded by Sharon Osbourne, his wife of 43 years, and their three children: Aimee, Jack and Kelly.
Weeks before, Ozzy, known as the “Prince of Darkness,” reunited with his former Black Sabbath bandmates to perform one last time.
“My mum allowed him to die the happiest you’ve ever seen him. All he wanted before leaving this planet was one last show, one more time,” Kelly explained.
“To be able to let his fans know how grateful he was for the life they allowed him to have and how much he loved them, and to say goodbye. And my mum worked her a–e off to make that happen. It was one of the most incredible moments in music history.”
In his final years, Ozzy’s health had taken a turn for the worse.
In January 2020, he revealed that he had been diagnosed years earlier with Parkinson’s disease.

In addition to the progressive brain disorder, Ozzy had been struggling with neck injuries he sustained in a 2003 quad biking accident.
Earlier this year, Kelly was on the receiving end of body-shaming comments about her thin appearance while grieving her father.
“I wasn’t well,” she admitted last month.“How can you navigate something so cruel when you’re so sick? I’m getting a lot better. I’ve got all the help I need and I’m grateful for the support I have in my life.”
