Lebanese officials say nearly 400 people have been killed and more than half a million displaced amid fresh Israeli strikes on Beirut and in the south of the country. In the meantime, Hezbollah says it is fighting Israeli forces that have landed in eastern Lebanon by helicopter, while the Israeli army says two of its soldiers have been killed in southern Lebanon.
