The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) released the video while announcing that the May 23 crash was caused by the 32-year-old instructor losing control, not mechanical failure.
The flight instructor piloting the aircraft and the student passenger only suffered “minor” injuries, according to an NTSB report.
