Now, you could hear those wearing green, mostly clustered behind the visiting bench explode, “J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets” rang out and that must have been the sweetest sound in Music City for Aaron Glenn and the Jets.

It’s been eight years since a game like this. Eight years since the Jets dominated an opening opponent like they dominated Robert Saleh’s Titans on Sunday. The final score was 23-10, but anyone who watched it would tell you it felt more like 40-3.
This was reminiscent of Sam Darnold’s Jets debut in 2018 in Detroit when the Jets decimated the Lions 48-17 and Jets fans took over Motor City.
