Law firm Proskauer will occupy 478,000 square feet of the tower at the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street. The deal, which included a renewal, raises the firm’s presence to 478,000 square feet in the 1.1 million square-foot tower at the bustling corner of Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark S. Weiss, Jon Herman and Mike Middleton repped Proskauer. CBRE’s Paul Amrich repped landlord SJP.
The tower is roughly 93% leased to tenants that also include Microsoft, Ducera and Moore Capital.
