“I can say that I feel confident and I feel mentally and physically really strong right now,” she said after her commanding 7-5, 6-2 Semifinal victory over No. 3 Jessica Pegula.
As for the men, the final four will compete for a chance to advance to the big dance today, Friday, Sept. 11.
No. 1 Alexander Zverev (Germany) — he has the top spot since Jannik Sinner skipped the tourney — faces No. 50 Karen Khachanov (Russia) at 3 p.m.
Four hours later, No. 9 Ben Shelton and No. 12 Frances Tiafoe will do battle to determine which American is advancing to the Final.
Afternoon tickets to see Zverev/Khachanov go for as low as $21 including fees.

Once the dust settles on the Semis, the final two Men standing will meet in the Final on Sunday at 2 p.m.
Based on our findings, the cheapest ticket on the market is $427 including fees (down from $561).
Oddsmakers believe Shelton, who knocked out favorite Carlos Alcaraz in the quarterfinal, and Zverev are projected to meet. However, if we’ve learned anything from the US Open, it’s that nothing is set in stone.
