The Brazilian supermodel, 46, covers i-D magazine’s “Mother Issue,” lifting a barbell in her skivvies in the accompanying spread, shot by Collier Schorr.
Speaking to editor-in-chief Steff Yotka, Bündchen opened up about how raising her kids has reshaped the way she moves through her days.
“Kids give us this opportunity to live again, to be more present and to experience life again. To do it maybe differently than we’ve done it before,” she said.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel welcomed her third child, a baby boy, with husband Joaquim Valente in February 2025. She also shares Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-husband Tom Brady.
“I say no to 99 percent of the jobs I’m offered because, when I put it on the scale, I’m like, ‘Am I going to miss my daughter’s volleyball game? Am I going to miss going to the park with my son? Am I going to miss my son DJing?'”
Bündchen slipped into a Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Envy bra ($59.95), briefs and sheer lace dress for the workout images in the shoot, a wink to the label that helped make her a household name in the early 2000s.
Elsewhere in the shoot, she flexes her biceps in a vintage tee and pins reading “I Feel Good All Over” and “This Smile’s For You,” throws up finger guns in an Aritzia leather jacket, and beams at the camera in tiny shorts and a “Mother” tee.
Weight training is a newer addition to a wellness routine she has been building for years, alongside yoga, Pilates and jujitsu, the mom of three told the magazine.
“I do weights three times a week. I do Pilates once or twice a week. I do yoga two or three times a week. I work out every day because, for me, working out—I don’t see it as something I have to do. I see it as something I get to do,” she said.
Her 18-month-old son has picked up on the habit. Back in August, Bündchen posted an Instagram shot of the toddler standing between two dumbbells on a yacht, one tiny leg raised to match his mom’s pose.
“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do,” she wrote in the caption.

Bündchen, who married Valente in an intimate at-home ceremony in November 2025, has been selective about her fashion appearances of late.
She graced the Summer Issue cover of W magazine in June, her first for the title in 19 years, and remains the face of Marc O’Polo.
The i-D issue, out now, is her seventh cover for the British fashion magazine. Her first was in December 1998, when the photographer, not Bündchen, was interviewed for the accompanying story.
