Add Page Six on Google Elon Musk made his ex-wife Justine Musk feel “insignificant” in their marriage, she claimed in the explosive new documentary about the trillionaire.
In “Musk,” which premiered at the Venice Film Festival on Tuesday, Justine said she “learned the term ‘gaslighting’ through” the romance, per People.
“He was constantly remarking on the ways he found me lacking,” the 54-year-old claimed in the four-hour film, directed by Alex Gibney.
She compared the way he spoke to her to that of a boss addressing an employee.
Highlighting one alleged instance, Justine recalled her then-husband telling her he was the “alpha in [the] relationship” as they danced at their January 2000 wedding.
She shared the same anecdote in a 2010 Marie Claire essay, writing, “I shrugged it off, just as I would later shrug off signing the postnuptial agreement … Elon’s judgment overruled mine, and he was constantly remarking on the ways he found me lacking.”
The former couple welcomed six children before ending their union in 2008 — twins Griffin and Vivian, 22; triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, 20; and firstborn Nevada, who died at 10 weeks old in 2002.

Justine, in the doc, disputed Elon’s previous social media claim that he held Nevada during their tragic death, insisting she was the one who did so.
She also spoke about her ex’s estrangement from their transgender daughter, Vivian, whom he declared in 2024 had been “killed by the woke-mind virus.”
Elon, per Justine, “never tried to repair things” with their child as that is “not in his nature” — but did allegedly instruct his ex-wife to tell Vivian, “I’ll always love her.”
Justine also claimed Elon cut off the model’s health insurance.
Elsewhere in the documentary, Justine shared the Tesla CEO’s insecurities around appearance, with him allegedly saying, “I can’t look cool or hip, because I need to look like an engineer.”
Elon’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Justine has primarily stayed quiet about her time with Elon since splitting from the SpaceX founder as he went on to wed and divorce Talulah Riley — twice — and have eight more kids with Grimes, Shivon Zilis and Ashley St. Clair.
Justine, according to The Times, claimed Elon refers to the mothers of his children as “breeders.”
St. Clair, 28, said during promotion for the film that she participated in the documentary after turning down a $40 million NDA.
The political commentator shared an alleged text from Elon, in which he expressed a desire to welcome a “legion of children before the civil war.”
Musk, notably, did not take part in the documentary — and tweeted in 2023 that it was a “hit piece.”
Monday’s teaser for “Musk,” out Oct. 16, promised an “unflinching look at Earth’s most unchecked man.”
