US Magistrate Lauren Louis said in a written decision that the brothers should remain behind bars in Miami for what could be a months-long court battle.
They had argued that they are not flight risks or threats to the public in trying to win release. But Louis slapped them down.

BACKGRID “I find that Respondents have failed to meet their burden to demonstrate that they do not present a risk of flight or danger to the community, or that special circumstances warrant their release,” she wrote.
The controversial “manosphere” influencers were arrested on July 18 outside a bare-knuckle boxing in Miami after prosecutors in the UK hit them with new charges and requested their extradition.
Between the pair, they are facing nearly 60 counts in Britain for alleged offenses that took place between 2010 and 2017, in addition to criminal investigations in Romania and the US.
Andrew, 39, is facing dozens of charges in the UK, including multiple counts of rape, human trafficking, assault and possessing child porn.
His younger brother, Tristan, 38, faces 17 charges there including rape, sexual exploitation and sex assault

Andrew was hit with a new indictment in Romania on August 30 on charges of having sex with a minor, trafficking and money laundering.
He is accused of recruiting a 15-year-old girl for sexual exploitation, Romanian prosecutors announced on Sept. 4.
