Wild video captures the moment a stark naked man was reluctantly pulled from the East River by the NYPD.
Bizarre cellphone footage shows cops from the NYPD’s Harbor Unit pulling the naked man out of the water close to the Queens side of the river on Tuesday night.
New York City Police pull a naked man out of the East River on September 8. X / LiveONE_TV “A male jumped into the water in the vicinity of 26-03 9th Street at 2118 hours [Tuesday],” the NYPD told The Post.
“NYPD Harbor responded, removed the aided from the water, and transported him to the Astoria Ferry Terminal. The aided was transported to Elmhurst General Hospital via EMS, in stable condition,” police added.
The swimmer is not facing any charges at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
