Add Page Six on Google Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband, Apollo Nida, gave her boyfriend, Chris “CT” Tamburello, his stamp of approval.
On Monday, Nida told TMZ that he is “happy” for Parks and her new relationship.
He told the outlet that as long as the “Challenge” veteran treats his ex and their two sons well, he’s “got no worries.”
The construction worker also confessed that like many fans, he saw a romance “brewing” between Parks and Tamburello while they were filming “The Traitors” Season 2.
Nida noted that he is not too concerned with the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s dating life and the two have a cordial co-parenting relationship.
He said that Parks “has always handled herself appropriately” when it comes to their children.
Parks and Nida wed in 2009 and share two sons: Ayden, 16, and Dylan, 13.
As the couple were already facing marital problems, Nida pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud in May 2014 and was sentenced to eight years in prison.
The former couple finalized their divorce in July 2017 after nearly eight years of marriage and Nida completed his prison sentence in June 2019.
As Page Six previously reported, Parks confirmed her relationship with “The Real World” alum during her Thursday appearance on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live.”
She told listeners that their relationship is “not platonic,” three years after they filmed “Traitors” together.
“He made it clear to her he really, really liked her and he fell for her when they were on ‘Traitors,’” a source told Page Six. “He makes her really happy. They really do laugh together a lot and their relationship is really sweet.”
The pair made more headlines on Saturday when they made their red carpet debut at the Creative Arts Emmys 2026.
As for Tamburello’s romantic history, he was married to Lilianet “Lili” Solares, with whom he shares 10-year-old son CJ, from 2018 and 2023.

He then wed OnlyFans model Catalina White in October 2024, but she filed for divorce in January 2026.
Since going public with his relationship with Parks, White has publicly called out her estranged husband for not finalizing their divorce.
In an E! News Instagram post Saturday about Tamburello and Parks’ relationship, White commented, “Sign the papers” alongside three clapping hands emojis.
Last month, she told TMZ that their divorce had still not been finalized and that it was “taking a while.”
She also noted that the two are not on speaking terms.
On Sunday, White issued a pointed message that she has no interest in reconciling with Tamburello.
