Amanda Anisimova handed early exit in stunning US Open upset following 2025 underdog run

The 25-year-old American, seeded 10th, won’t even come close to the quarterfinals as she was upset by Austria’s No. 24 seed Anastasia Potapova, 6-2, 7-5 in the third round Saturday afternoon.
