Lindsay Clancy’s ex-husband Patrick says possibility of ‘reliving tragedy’ through another trial is ‘extraordinary painful’

Patrick Clancy is “grateful to the Court and to the jurors for their hard work, their commitment, and their perseverance,” his attorney David Meier said in a statement obtained by CBS Boston.

Lindsay Clancy was on trial for killing the couple’s three kids Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, who was 8 months old, with exercise bands in their Duxbury, Mass., home.

Clancy’s ex-husband has not been spotted at the Plymouth, Mass. courthouse since he testified at the beginning of the trial on July 27.

Earlier this week, Patrick was snapped smiling ear-to-ear with his new wife in the Big Apple as his former spouse awaited a verdict in her grueling, high-profile murder trial.
