CloseThe judge in the trial of Lindsay Clancy, the US mother accused of murdering her three children, has officially declared a mistrial in the case. It comes after Judge William Sullivan denied the defence team's emergency appeal asking the the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to intervene.
